The Performance Evaluation of the 4Ps program, conducted after the passage of RA 11310, provides a review program performance across the Philippines. The program, which provides conditional cash transfers to support education and health outcomes among poor families, has become a cornerstone of national poverty alleviation efforts since its inception in 2007. With approximately 4 million active household beneficiaries as of 2024, the evaluation assesses the program across the following criteria: relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, equity, coherence and risk management.
