An Assessment of ABSNET Contributions to DSWD Regulatory Services

This research was conducted to determine:

1. The responsiveness of DSWD’s policies/ guidelines on ABSNET along regulatory services.
2. The functionality of ABSNET’s assistive role to DSWD.
3. The gaps, issues, and problems in the implementation of the ABSNET Strategy and
4. Gather recommendations on how to address these gaps, issues, and problems.
