Social Protection Handbook for Implementers

This Social Protection Handbook (SP Handbook) was developed to served as the primary reference of local government units (LGUs), civil society organizations, and governmnent agencies in implementing social protection programs and projects.

This handbook is designed to be broad enough to provide policymakers the opportunity to consider their particular and unique development contexts, so that they exercise their creativity as they expand efforts to cusshion the various shocks by their constituents.
