Central Luzon Research and Evaluation Agenda 2025-2028

The Central Luzon Research and Evaluation Agenda (CLREA) for 2025-2028 is organized based on the five (5) Thematic Areas. This is in line with the DSWD mandates and existing framework along the SWD sector. This R&E agenda will provide more substantive and provide more details as to research questions that need to be studied by DSWD and other researchers. These questions are aimed at guiding the conduct of research, and are by no means exhaustive. The overall approach in the formulation of the DSWD FO III R&E Agenda 2025-2028 was consultative and participatory to ensure full ownership of and accountability for the planned R&E by the concerned offices in the FO III.
